With borders closing and countries going into lockdown as the Covid-19 pandemic escalated, we sprung into action to charter a suitable aircraft and secure the necessary permits at short notice.

Despite the client not speaking much English, we quickly ascertained the key details of the brief and began researching potential solutions. Our expert team sourced an Embraer 145 that was available to fly the next day and had sufficient capacity for the 26 passengers and their luggage. We then worked around the clock to negotiate each country’s coronavirus travel restrictions and secure permission for the flight to go ahead.
