Arranging a bespoke charter for a luxury tour of China
A travel agency asked our team in Beijing to arrange the air travel for a private luxury tour of China. A group of 20 were flying between several cities with lots of luggage and had requested a VIP business jet with high-end interiors, dedicated flight attendants and bespoke catering. Our charter experts set about designing the perfect solution.

Aircraft: Boeing Business Jet
We leveraged our industry contacts to source an ideal aircraft for the group’s requirements, opting for a luxurious Boeing Business Jet with multiple living spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large baggage hold.
Working closely with our client and the operator, we planned a customised menu of inflight cuisine to be served on each leg of the charter. We also secured extra ground staff and security personnel to fast-track the group through the private terminal at every airport.
Our experts arranged for printed menus, name cards and fresh flowers to be placed in the cabin of the aircraft, with the client able to board in advance and ensure everything was set up correctly. We also booked private airport transfers in each destination, and arranged for access to FBOs throughout the trip.
